Rapper Kodak Black, a few other folks shot in West Hollywood

Kodak Black, the rapper whose legal name is Bill Kapri, was amid 4 folks shot early Saturday outside the house a restaurant in Los Angeles, four regulation enforcement sources familiar with the investigation told NBC News.
